Carnival themed "Bark for a Cause"

As part of being volunteer month, January is a time to look towards new causes to get involved in.  That's why this Texas carnival themed charity event is a great and timely event to share.  "Bark for a Cause" provided lots of opportunities for people to donate to the Austin Humane Society. Silent auctions, "shopping items" and more were all part of the fun. Photographed and submitted by Cory Ryan Photography, this event was fun for young and old, while giving some adorable pups a good home, too. I hope it gives you inspiration for any of your own charity or fund raising events.

  1. What a super fun theme to get people of all ages having a good time! The kiddos enjoyed the games and smiley-face cookies, while the adults enjoyed the photo booth, silent auctin, and wine from local Texas vineyards. All for a good cause, to support these sweet rescue dogs and give them a good home! I donated my time on behalf of my rescued 15 pound poodle mutt, Lola!
